    1. Passport Photo: You must submit your latest passport photo with your application. If you are in a partnership or a Pvt. Ltd / LLP Company, you can submit the photo of any one director or partner.

    3. Address Proof: You need to provide proof of possession of the premises where your business operates. If you own the premises, you can submit an electricity bill as address proof. If the electricity bill is in your parents’ or spouse’s name, you can still use it as address proof. However, if you operate your business at rented premises, you must submit a rent agreement as proof of possession.

    4. Other Proof: In this section, you need to submit your PAN card. If you are in a partnership business or have formed a company, you need to submit the PAN card for the partnership business or the PAN card of your company.

    5. Business Proof: You need to submit a photograph of your business premises where the business name is clearly displayed. If you operate your business from home, you can display the business name at your door. Ensure that the name of the business is also written in Marathi language.

    6. NOC (No Objection Certificate): If you operate your business in a society, you must obtain a NOC from the society to operate the business there. You can simply take a NOC on plain paper with the signatures of society members.

    7. Scan copy of signature : Need to upload the scan copy of signature of owner. If in partnership business or company you can attached any one of partner or directors signature
